Do any of you remember that quote from Gen X? When he’s talking about the spilled gas?

I was reading Many2Many - specifically Shirky’s post defending Wikipedia and I followed his link to Wikpedia’s entry on the “Indian Ocean tsunami”.

It blew me away. I already understood this on some level (although Udell phrased it really well), but I’m really starting to freak out about how quickly some of this stuff is happening whether it’s new ways to use toys, sharing information, or disparate individuals coming to a decision as a group.

If I were any older I would be kind of nervous. Luckily, I’m still too young to be afraid of big changes ;-)
