I think this is a great idea - the RSS feature on del.icio.us is great. Actually, Eyebeam reBlog is now using it as a way of acceping submissions for things to post to the reBlog, with the tag "eyebeam-reblog". Check it out: <a href="http://www.eyebeam.org/reblog/archives/2004/12/how_to_submit_to_the_eyebeam_reb.html" rel="nofollow">http://www.eyebeam.org/reblog/archives/2004/12/how_to_submit_to_the_eyebeam_reb.html</a>

Cool!
Funny, you try to define a rigid ontology in a system created specifically to avoid ontologies. :D

I like it! hehehe

glad you like it, but more in the "that's cute" way instead of the "I should spend more time on this" way, right?

I tried to follow your last post, but i'm sure that i didn't grok all of it.

i don't know for the technical aspect of RSS feeds but I would already be happy with a list of all the new posts from the blogs in the list (i can't do it by myself for now).
For the tags, here's a few ideas, "blogging about blogs", "research reports", "paper discussions", "research events, " ... it it the kind of categories you meant?

yeah, we have to discuss how to bring together the posts.

as for categories, that's not exactly what I have in mind. we should talk about it when we get together this week. but in general I mean a set of tags that people would apply themselves.
