I just put YulAcademics on delicious

At the very least, it now has an rss feed. Feedback on best tags (+ bilingual tags) would be good.

It’s explained on a new page on the wiki.

I’m really tired and aren’t thinking too straight, but should we do the same thing with yulblog? 1) we would know when someone joined and be able to check them out, and 2) different tags / categories could be cool. English, Francais, Photo, cooking, webdesigner, etc. Not descriptions, - categories.

Maybe it’s just too much to expect people to put their time into. I know people (sylvain? patrick? boris?) have been playing around with tags. Is this old hat?

    I think this is a great idea - the RSS feature on del.icio.us is great. Actually, Eyebeam reBlog is now using it as a way of acceping submissions for things to post to the reBlog, with the tag “eyebeam-reblog”.     glad you like it, but more in the “that’s cute” way instead of the “I should spend more time on this” way, right?

    I tried to follow your last post, but i’m sure that i didn’t grok all of it.

    i don’t know for the technical aspect of RSS feeds but I would already be happy with a list of all the new posts from the blogs in the list (i can’t do it by myself for now).
    For the tags, here’s a few ideas, “blogging about blogs”, “research reports”, “paper discussions”, “research events, ” … it it the kind of categories you meant?

    yeah, we have to discuss how to bring together the posts.

    as for categories, that’s not exactly what I have in mind. we should talk about it when we get together this week. but in general I mean a set of tags that people would apply themselves.
